Pacific Coast Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its popular café restaurants based in San Francisco. Known for its eclectic, soulful local vibe and strong community connection, the restaurant boasts four units and a growing reputation for its American comfort food, often with long lines out the door. It is more than just a restaurant—it's a gathering place fostering friendships, relationships, and local business connections.

The menu emphasizes scratch cooking, offering a comfortable and satisfying dining experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant leadership experience (supervisor, manager, AGM, GM).
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable and engaged directly with guests.
• Proven success in building sales and increasing guest counts through outstanding training practices, with specific programs or methodologies to demonstrate success.
• Effective cost controls to ensure profitability, including managing labor costs through scheduling and staffing strategies.
• A passion for food and guest service, with a hospitality-from-the-heart mindset.

Salary Range & Benefits

• $55,000 – $85,000 per year, based on experience.
