, is seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead a design-inspired, chef‑driven culinary program. This role oversees menu innovation, kitchen operations, financial performance, team leadership, and guest experience across bistro service, private events, and cultural programming.

What You’ll Do
  • Create seasonal, modern menus aligned with sustainability and plant-forward principles
  • Lead recipe development, tastings, costing, and plating standards
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure excellence in food quality
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance culinary team
  • Collaborate closely with FOH, operations, and leadership teams
  • Represent Tapestry as a culinary ambassador during events and client interactions
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership
    , including 2+ years as an Executive Chef
  • Proven success developing menus and leading kitchen teams
  • Strong operational, financial, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of sustainability, nutrition trends, and modern techniques
  • Hands‑on experience with health department inspections
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed
