CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME)

Schedule:

Full‑time. Days and hours may vary, including nights and weekends (details discussed at interview).

Pay rate: $29.25 per hour (fixed).

Referral bonus available for internal referrals.

Operates Point of Sale (POS) system, assists the chef, prepares coffee, and keeps the coffee and cashier stations clean and organized.

• Prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, desserts, and catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system, maintain cash accuracy, and make deposits at shift end.
• Conduct general cleaning duties, remove trash, and dispose of garbage in designated areas.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering, line serving, and hot/cold item service.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products; maintain par levels and first‑in, first‑out rotation.
• Set up serving line and record temperatures, notifying cooks when temperatures are out of range.
• Keep refrigerator stocked and monitor temperatures daily.
• Record replenished amounts and temperature readings on stock forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling experience; barista experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
