We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to independently manage Gap Brand Store Payroll. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate, influence, and strategize with the Director, Gap Brand Finance, Stores & Operations, and field leadership. This role is critical to the success of strategically growing our Stores channel. We’re seeking an individual who is analytical, detail-focused, a strong relationship builder, and motivated to drive results.

• Partner with the manager to model and manage all store payroll and related expenses for the growing Gap North America fleet, including developing and communicating periodic labor forecasts to store leadership and internal finance partners
• Engage with central store operations and cross-functional leads to develop labor plans, model initiative expense profiles, and quantify opportunities related to pilots and productivity initiatives
• Develop the annual budget for store labor with central store operations and corporate partners for cross-brand investments
• Develop strategy and provide analytical support to improve store OPEX management in a growing business
• Identify key drivers of store OPEX variability and investigate recommendations to mitigate risk or capture opportunities, aiming for high forecasting accuracy
• Influence cross-functional partners using data-driven insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 3–5+ years of financial analysis experience, consulting, Big 4 accounting, or related equivalent
• Experience in store payroll or retail industry highly preferred
• Able to synthesize large data sets into a cohesive framework
• Resourceful problem solver with a results-driven mindset
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and professionalism to drive accountability
• Advanced Excel skills and modeling; knowledge of Oracle financial systems and Essbase/Hyperion is a plus

Salary Range: $92,900 - $123,200 USD. Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, and location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range, whichever is higher, based on city, county, and state requirements.
