About The Role
As Director of Kids & Baby Site Merchandising, you will drive short‑term and long‑term site strategies that balance commerce and customer engagement. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Adult Site Merchandising and cross‑functional teams, you will build a site experience that drives commerce while delivering on the brand vision. This position reports to the Vice President of Site Merchandising and manages four Site Merchants.

What

You’ll Do
  • Create site merchandising strategies that bring brand vision to life and drive commerce, using data insights, customer engagement KPIs and brand product direction to manage a commerce‑driving sort and site experience.
  • Lead the Kids & Baby Site Merchandising organization, motivating and guiding the team through strategy and execution while advocating for their development.
  • Understand the technical capabilities of our web platform and third‑party vendors, and challenge and suggest enhancements in partnership with Product Development Management and cross‑brand leads.
  • Share site KPIs and meaningful follow‑up actions with cross‑functional leaders to enhance business on a weekly basis, analyzing data sets and turning them into clear actions.
  • Review the website daily to ensure proper functionality of categories and styles, and proactively seek market knowledge through competitive sites, making recommendations based on learnings.
  • Own enabling site tactics to drive in‑season business, such as backorder capabilities, pack & hold, and image & copy reporting.
Who You Are
  • 8+ years of merchandising or digital/ecommerce experience with a focus on site merchandising.
  • Ability to lead a team across multiple levels and functions within a highly matrixed organization, collaborating and building strong relationships with cross‑functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the business and drive decisions, using data to influence other partners.
  • Customer‑centric mindset and adaptability to diverse audiences, environments, and situations.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Process orientation with an understanding of system dependencies.
  • Self‑starter, highly motivated, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑pace environment.

Salary Range: $152,500 - $202,000 USD

Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
