Summary
The Merchandising Operations Associate supports daily store operations through merchandise handling, fulfillment, inventory control, and stockroom organization. This in-store role helps maintain merchandise standards and supports store sales and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process merchandise handling, transfers, inbound and outbound freight, and customer order fulfillment.
- Maintain merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
- Support merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown.
- Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds for certain roles.
