Position OverviewWe’re looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our sales organization. This hybrid role is based out of our San Francisco office and requires office attendance four days a week, Tuesday through Friday, with additional in‑office days for events.
Objectives of this role- Represent Ironclad as the first point of interaction for prospective customers, providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
- Drive qualification calls with a consultative approach, using deep knowledge of our products and services.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of warm prospects to identify opportunities for engagement with sales executives.
- Identify best practices for refining the lead‑generation playbook and collaborate with internal teams to surface feedback.
- Effectively manage inbound leads through the funnel to drive speed‑to‑lead and conversion rates.
- Leverage Salesforce (CRM) and Outreach to execute core daily inbound tasks with high attention to detail.
- Identify prospect needs and position the value of Ironclad to generate opportunities.
- Build trusting relationships with prospects and nurture warm leads into sales opportunities.
- Proactively identify improvement areas and help develop a playbook of best practices for the inbound motion.

OTE Range: $75,000 – $80,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at our San Francisco headquarters and will depend on individual performance and experience.
