Your MissionHockey Stack is growing fast— with 3× revenue in the past year, a breakout product, and a GTM engine just getting started. Our SDRs don’t just hit quota—they get promoted quickly. You’ll join a high‑performing team, convert inbound demand, and launch creative outbound plays to build pipeline and drive growth. This role is built for someone who wants to grow fast, own their impact, and be part of a sales team that rewards performance with real opportunity.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, emails, Linked In, and events
- Master Hockey Stack’s product, ICP, and value proposition
- Leverage advanced end‑to‑end automation system ever deployed to an outbound team
- Collaborate closely with AEs to drive meetings and accelerate pipeline growth
- Continuously improve outbound strategy, tools, and messaging to increase effectiveness
- Fully committed to working in‑person 5 days/week at our SF HQ
- 6–12+ months of experience in a B2B SDR or similar pipeline‑generating role
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue impact

- Thrive in early‑stage, high‑urgency environments where speed and impact matter

- Passion for GTM tech or experience in Mar Tech/SaaS startups

As part of our San Francisco, California‑based team, the on‑target earnings range for this role is $100,000–$120,000 USD annually
