Commission Sales Associate

This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will educate customers about ALMAS Garage Doors’ premium products, create tailored solutions to meet their individual needs, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated sales experience, lead generation, and customer relationship management experience
• Ability to develop product knowledge and use it to educate and consult customers
• Proficiency with CRMs, sales tools, and basic computer software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience in the home improvement, construction, or garage door industry is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a bonus
