As a Rental Sales Associate, you showcase Baxter products and build trust with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, on location. You provide product in‑service training for our Patient Support Systems portfolio, ensuring educational programs meet corporate and customer goals and act as a liaison between teams and customers.

• Work directly alongside the sales team and customers, communicating with internal collaborators to ensure customer happiness.
• Participate in delivery/implementation planning activities (customer meetings, conference calls, Web Ex training, etc.).
• Use Salesforce to drive new sales opportunities while maintaining existing business.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas assigned by the corporation.
• Generate leads, conduct negotiations, and finalize sales.

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time (may include weekends).
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
• High level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity.
• Ability to implement strategy plans and bring tasks to completion.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  Salesforce knowledge a plus.

The estimated base pay range for this position is $60,000–$65,000 annually, with additional sales incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding goals.
