Role Overview

As an Independent Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities with companies in need of recruiting services. This is a 1099 contractor position with commission-only compensation ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on building relationships and earning uncapped income.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In).
• Present and promote our recruiting services to HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate agreements and close new business.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling recruiting, staffing, HR, or B2B services preferred (not required).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.

Note:
