Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy.
The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale.
We’ve grown incredibly quickly, growing revenue by 7x YOY, and now work with hundreds of companies ranging from leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), through to enterprise (FAANG, top 3 trading firm).
We've raised over 100M from world class investors like A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead.
The OpportunityAs the Sales Enablement Lead, you'll build the foundation of Reducto's revenue engine from the ground up. You'll work directly with our founders and sales leadership to transform a lean, high-performing team of account executives into a repeatable, scalable go-to-market motion. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how we sell, coach, and scale—establishing the systems and culture that will define our sales organization as we grow from 27 to 100+ employees.
Wewould love to meet you if you:
- Hold yourself to a high bar for quality and precision.
- Enjoy solving complex problems and building from first principles.
- Have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or sales enablement, ideally building programs from scratch in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Operate well in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
- Collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams—you can coach an AE on selling to a senior ML engineer as easily as you can align with founders on GTM strategy.
- Take full ownership from strategy through execution.
- Build foundational sales training and methodology. Design and deliver hands‑on training that sharpens discovery, technical storytelling, and value articulation for selling to AI/ML teams and enterprise buyers. Implement a scalable sales framework (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or similar) that becomes core to how we operate.
- Enable direct, high‑impact coaching. Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with AEs on live deals—providing real‑time coaching on pipeline generation, qualification, objection handling, and close strategies. Lead deal reviews that improve forecast accuracy and win rates.
- Create sales collateral and playbooks that scale. Develop battle cards, pitch decks, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning that enable AEs to run effective calls and close technical buyers.
- Establish metrics and reporting infrastructure. Define what good looks like—track ramp time, quota attainment, win rates, and sales velocity. Use data to continuously refine training, coaching, and sales process.
- Have experience at an early‑stage or high‑growth startup, especially in technical or developer‑focused products.
- Are familiar with selling to AI/ML teams, data engineers, or technical infrastructure buyers.
- Have worked in environments where you sold complex, API‑first, or platform products into both startups and enterprises.
- Care deeply about combining technical excellence with business impact—you understand the product deeply enough to coach on technical differentiation.
This is an in‑person role at our office in SF. We're an early stage company which means that the role requires working hard and moving quickly. Please only apply if that excites you.
About ReductoNearly 80% of enterprise data is in unstructured formats like PDFs.
PDFs are the status quo for enterprise knowledge in nearly every industry. Insurance claims, financial statements, invoices, and health records are all stored in a structure that’s simply impractical for use in digital workflows. This isn’t an inconvenience—it’s a critical bottleneck that leads to dozens of wasted hours every week.
Traditional approaches fail at reliably extracting information in complex PDFs. OCR and even more sophisticated ML approaches work for simple text documents but are unreliable for anything more complex. Text from different columns are…
