Salary Range
Base pay: $85,000 – $97,000 per year. Additional compensation: commission.
Territory Sales Executive – Optical SolutionsBay Area (San Francisco, San Mateo, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, Vallejo, Redwood).
Join a global leader in premium optical technology. Our client seeks a driven sales professional to grow and support a thriving $3–4 M territory already 100% of quota.
What You’ll Do- Make 5–6 daily calls to Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and Opticians
- Manage and expand existing accounts while driving new business
- Represent cutting‑edge lens technology, coatings, and digital tools
- Partner with practices to enhance patient outcomes and business growth
- 2–12 years of sales experience in the Bay Area
- Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills
- Familiarity with healthcare, optical, or technical sales preferred
- Top reps earn $200 K–$250 K
- Global footprint with local lab support
- Innovative lens designs, coatings, and digital dispensing tools
- Focused on independent eye care professionals and premium customization
