Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers personalized luxury experiences to clients. This role builds lasting client relationships, achieves sales goals, and supports store operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, recommend products, and provide exceptional service.
• Build client relationships through personalized engagement, outreach, and follow-up.
• Meet individual sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting store objectives.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and follow company policies and loss prevention procedures.
• Process transactions and support inventory, visual merchandising, and store organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to daily operations and a positive team environment.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while providing excellent client experiences.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort using retail technology, POS systems, clienteling applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities and experience with international clientele are preferred.
