Mountainise is a San Francisco-based Rev Ops and enterprise AI company. We help startups, SMBs and enterprises build revenue systems that actually work: connecting CRMs like Salesforce, Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics with ERP, marketing and finance tools, then layering governed AI on top. Our products include Ivy
, an enterprise AI workspace, and Rev Ops AI
, a diagnostic that finds revenue leaks in a company's CRM and sales process. We serve industries including freight and logistics, healthcare, insurance, SaaS, financial services and education.
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers (Rev Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CROs, VPs of Sales)
- Build and enrich prospect lists, verifying contact details and company context before they go into SDR sequences
- Write account and prospect briefs so SDRs can personalize outreach (company news, tech stack, hiring signals, likely pain points)
- Help draft email and Linked In messages for SDR outreach sequences
- Log activity and keep CRM records clean: lead status, notes, follow-up dates, duplicates
- Track sequence results (open, reply and meeting rates) and flag what's working
- Help drive sign-ups for our free Rev Ops AI diagnostic and hand qualified interest to SDRs
- Shadow SDR calls and, as you ramp up, take on light first-touch outreach
- Create and schedule posts for Linked In, X, Instagram, Facebook and You Tube
- Promote webinars, events and podcast episodes, and follow up on registrations with the SDR team
- Turn case studies, whitepapers and webinars into short content SDRs can share in outreach
- Report weekly on campaign and lead metrics
- Research competitors and trends in Rev Ops, CRM and enterprise AI
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Interested in a sales career, especially in AI or SaaS
- Comfortable with rejection and reaching out to professionals you haven't met
- Detail-oriented with data: accuracy in the CRM matters to us
- Organized and self-directed across a 15-hour week
- Exposure to a CRM such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info or similar tools
- Basic design or video skills (Canva, Figma, Cap Cut)
- Any prior experience in sales, customer service, recruiting or cold outreach
- Hands-on training in the SDR workflow: research, prospecting, sequencing and qualification
- Direct mentorship from our SDRs and sales leadership
- Experience with real sales tools and a working Rev Ops stack
- Flexible hours that work around your classes
- A clear path to be considered for a full-time SDR role, plus a recommendation letter for strong performers
