Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with customers in West Coast working in partnership with our service engineering and aftermarket organizations.
- Be a direct contact to customers for all inquiries and questions.
- Conduct regular visits to decision makers in the customers' organization with objectives of understanding the market needs and generating ideas for new business opportunities.
- Manage contractal relationship including customer negotiations.
- Report major activities within the US West Coast region on a regular basis to the Americas Sales Manager.
- Improve shares and market position.
