About the Role
We are looking for an organized, personable Travel Advisor to join our growing team and help clients plan and book memorable leisure travel experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, researching travel options, and turning a client’s ideas into a well-planned trip. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, research options, create recommendations, manage bookings, and provide support throughout the travel process.
You’ll have access to travel industry resources, supplier relationships, booking tools, training, and ongoing guidance while working independently to serve your clients.
This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is earned from eligible travel bookings and varies based on individual booking activity and client volume.
What You’ll Do- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, dates, and trip goals
- Research destinations, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, and other travel services
- Develop customized travel recommendations and itinerary options
- Prepare quotes and proposals based on client needs
- Make and manage travel reservations through approved booking systems and supplier platforms
- Follow up with clients regarding recommendations, booking decisions, payment deadlines, and travel details
- Monitor reservations for schedule changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide clients with accurate information about travel logistics and destination considerations
- Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after their trips
- Build lasting client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Continue developing knowledge of destinations, travel products, and industry resources
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Professional and responsive communication style
- Comfortable learning new online systems and technology
- Ability to research information and present options clearly
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, customer service, or itinerary planning is helpful but not required

This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is earned from eligible travel bookings according to the applicable independent contractor agreement.
Actual earnings vary based on individual booking activity, client volume, and experience.

Previous travel-industry experience is welcome, but motivated candidates with strong customer-service, hospitality, sales, administrative, or organizational experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $24,000.00 – $62,039.11 per year
