In this high‑energy, client‑facing role, you’ll help build and strengthen ATEL’s pipeline of promising new business opportunities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments with potential customers.
• Educate prospects on ATEL’s products, services, and value proposition.
• Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of client interactions.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates should be able to:

• Sit or stand for extended periods while conducting calls, meetings, and computer‑based work.
• Use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment on a daily basis (typing, viewing screens, headset/phone use).
• Lift up to 10–15 pounds occasionally (such as office materials or small equipment).
• Move throughout the office to attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
• Communicate clearly in frequent phone and in‑person interactions.
• Sustain attention to detail when reviewing documents, managing client information, and entering data.
