Independent Distributor Sales Representative; 1099

Tendo Nova is expanding our national distributor network and seeking a motivated Independent Distributor Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout Northern California, with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical sales professional with established call points in pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), and physiatry
. You’ll represent an innovative, ultrasound-guided, minimally invasive technology that helps physicians provide effective treatment options for chronic tendon pain.

• Develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Educate providers on Tendo Nova’s minimally invasive percutaneous tenotomy technology.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support physician training.
• Identify new accounts and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with the Tendo Nova team to achieve territory growth goals.
• Represent Tendo Nova at industry conferences, meetings, and educational events.

• Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Established call points and relationships within pain medicine, PM&R, and physiatry practices.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern California, including the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding territories.
