Oncology Account Manager - Pacific Northwest

Territory: Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Northern California)
Location: Remote

A growing specialty pharmaceutical company is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to support the expansion of a newly established oncology business focused on rare hematologic and oncologic conditions.

This is a unique opportunity to join a commercial organization at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in building awareness, driving product adoption, supporting patient access, and developing relationships across the hematology and oncology community.

• Drive adoption of specialty hematology and oncology products across community and academic treatment centers.
• Educate healthcare professionals on disease states, treatment pathways, and patient support resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Support patient access through specialty pharmacy and patient support programs.
• Identify and develop local and regional thought leader relationships.
• Execute territory business plans and launch initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership teams.

• 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Hematology and/or Oncology sales experience required.
• Strong record of quota achievement and sales performance.
• Launch experience preferred.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience working with specialty pharmacies and patient support programs preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.

• Base Salary: $170K-$200K
