We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Bring1 year of previous Sales experience with a record of meeting sales goals

Automotive sales experience is desired, but not required

Experience in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, financial services, or other consultative sales environments is highly valued

Maintain a business-appropriate appearance

Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Estimated Pay Range is $48,200 - $158,700.This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on: individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
