Enterprise Account Executive

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help our client take their company into its next stage of growth. You'll own the full sales cycle across strategic and enterprise accounts, from co‑owning prospecting (with SDRs) and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion. You'll work with senior revenue leaders and navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, helping customers understand how we can transform the way their teams operate.

This is a high‑ownership role for someone who knows how to build executive relationships, run thoughtful enterprise sales processes, and consistently turn complex customer problems into meaningful business outcomes. You'll work closely with the founders, product, and marketing teams to bring customer insight back into the business and help shape how Von scales its enterprise GTM motion.

• 6‑10 years of experience selling B2B SaaS, with a strong track record in enterprise sales.
• Consistently sold to senior executives and navigated complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Strong discovery skills, able to go beyond surface‑level needs and uncover real business pain and urgency.
• Ability to build a compelling business case and connect product value to measurable business outcomes.
• Consistent, structured follow‑up habits that keep complex deals moving forward.
• Highly coachable, able to absorb feedback quickly and adjust in real time.
• Proven ability to operate in early‑stage or ambiguous environments.
• Ownership mentality and comfortable creating opportunities without a fully defined playbook.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tell a compelling customer story.
• Experience selling into GTM, revenue, or AI‑forward organisations (Plus).
