Business Development Representative

Join the growth team at a YC-backed enterprise cybersecurity startup as a Business Development Representative. You will build pipeline for technical security solutions by engaging enterprise security and engineering leaders, with opportunities to grow toward a full-cycle sales role.

• Run outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and Linked In to security and engineering leaders at enterprise accounts.
• Qualify and respond to inbound interest generated by threat intelligence content and partnerships.
• Help move opportunities forward by coordinating stakeholders, sharing relevant materials, and building prospect relationships.
• Attend conferences and industry events, represent the business, and meet prospects.
• Share feedback from prospect conversations with engineering and marketing to improve the product and sales approach.

• Zero to five years of experience as a BDR or SDR, or in a related sales, growth, or business development role.
• Experience conducting cold outbound prospecting and writing outreach for calls, email, or Linked In.
• Strong customer communication skills, resilience, and evidence of sustained effort in demanding roles.
• Familiarity with sales engagement and CRM tools such as Outreach, Apollo, and Hub Spot, as well as Linked In Sales Navigator.
• Exposure to the technology sector or experience selling technical or security products is helpful.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Base salary is $80,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
