Account Executive, Robotics

Open and close Avala's robotics accounts — the warehouse automation fleets, delivery robots, and industrial manipulation systems that need production-grade training data to ship safely. You'll be the first dedicated robotics seller, building the playbook for a vertical where perception quality is the bottleneck to deployment.

• Build and manage a pipeline of robotics opportunities from prospecting to close
• Navigate technical evaluation cycles with robotics engineering and ML teams
• Present Avala's platform capabilities to technical evaluators and engineering leaders
• Partner with solutions engineering to deliver compelling technical demonstrations
• Develop account strategies for leading robotics companies and autonomous systems programs
• Represent Avala at robotics industry events (ROSCon, Automate, ICRA)

• 4+ years selling technology solutions to robotics, automation, or adjacent technical buyers
• Experience selling to technical buyers (ML engineers, robotics engineers, engineering managers)
• Understanding of perception systems, sensor data, or ML training pipelines
• Track record of closing $500K+ deals with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Existing relationships at robotics companies or autonomous systems programs
• Experience selling AI/ML, data infrastructure, or developer tools
• Understanding of 3D perception, LiDAR, or point cloud data
