They are seeking an MD Ophthalmologist or PhD/Pharm

D Clinical Scientist who can operate with a high level of autonomy, bring strong scientific curiosity, and contribute to a cohesive, collaborative team environment. The group values passion and drive just as much as seniority, so they are open to strong candidates across experience levels, including those earlier in their careers who bring energy and ambition.

This Director, Clinical Development role sits within a true start up environment and requires someone who thrives in a hands on, fast paced setting.

• Deep passion for ophthalmology and the science behind it
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, and operate with scientific rigor
• Remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates who can be onsite in San Francisco when possible
