The SOC Operator Shift Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

As SOC Supervisor, you will oversee the security services for Global Security Operations Center and related operations provided to an assigned account, including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and operational effectiveness, supervision and training. Experience in manager role and tech industry is a plus.
