- Conducting criminal investigations related to U.S. financial obligations.
- Planning and executing security for National Special Security Events.
- U.S. citizenship
- Valid driver's license
- Firearm proficiency and possession
- Age between 21 and 37 (exceptions apply for veterans and prior federal service)
- Top Secret Clearance
- Visual and hearing standards
- Drug testing and training at FLETC and James J. Rowley Training Center
- Willingness to accept assignments nationwide and overseas
- Registration with the Selective Service System (if applicable)
