- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Assist with access control procedures at government facilities, verifying credentials and granting or denying entry as appropriate.
- Provide excellent customer service by following site‑specific policies and procedures during daily operations and emergency response situations.
- Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help deter security‑related risks and report any irregularities.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client guidelines.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed to support security‑related operations at the location.
- Availability across various days and shifts

- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or possess a college degree.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
