Flex Security Officers, San Francisco, CA

$27.50 per hour

• Flexibility with shifts is required, including weekends, evenings, overnights and holidays.
• Applicants must be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays.
• Prior experience in security or customer service fields is preferred.
• Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.

• Must be flexible and available for all shifts: days, evenings and overnights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. (varies by site).
• Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling.
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times.

• Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
• Conduct patrols and safety checks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Monitoring and surveillance experience.
• Essential Computer Competencies.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Comfortable with outdoor environment in diverse weather conditions.
• Security Guard Experience Preferred, Not Required!
• Must successfully pass pre‑employment background check.
