We’re looking for a Service Technician with 5+ years of experience as an installer or current service professional to support enterprise customers. Proficiency in Crestron and AMX systems is required, and you must bring your own basic hand tools, know how to use a multimeter, and trace connection issues. Professional demeanor and strong client‑facing skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving custom control systems (Crestron DM & NVX, AMX), audio‑visual infrastructure in executive boardrooms and conference centers, video teleconferencing equipment, Audio Visual over IP networks, audio DSP systems, projection display devices, video wall equipment, digital signage, and to a lesser extent RF systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance testing on systems.
- Perform site surveys related to service agreement quotes.
- Write concise service reports and system site surveys.
- Manage multiple service projects concurrently.
- Lead and mentor junior/intermediate field service technicians.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience.
- Education:
2‑year diploma from a technical school or equivalent experience. - CTS Certification preferred (or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical requirements:
stand, kneel, crouch for extended periods; climb ladders and scaffolding; lift > 50 lbs; work in high and cramped spaces, hot humid and cold environments. - Proficiency with audiovisual systems and hands on experience with Crestron and AMX equipment.

The pay range for this contract position is $45.00 – $60.00/hour. Eligible benefits (subject to specific elections and terms) may include medical, dental & vision, critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage, 401(k) plan, life insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, and paid time off/leave (PTO, vacation or sick leave).
