Temporary Overnight Residential Support Staff — $21.50/Hr.

We’re seeking a Temporary Overnight Support Staff member to join a residential recovery program serving men committed to building sober, stable futures. This role involves providing a safe, supportive environment for residents, monitoring the facility during overnight hours, assisting with intakes/discharges, handling medication distribution, and offering compassionate support as needed. This position is ideal for someone dependable, empathetic, and comfortable working overnight shifts in a mission-driven environment.

• Provide a safe, supportive environment for residents during overnight hours.
• Monitor the facility and ensure safety and security.
• Assist with resident intakes and discharges as needed.
• Handle medication distribution following applicable policies and procedures.
• Offer compassionate support and de-escalation when residents are in distress.

• Experience in social services or recovery programs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
