First Place for Youth is seeking a Housing Coordinator for the San Francisco Independent Living Program (SF ILSP). The role supports participants in finding and sustaining stable housing, partnering with County Social Workers, landlords, and community resources.
Work is onsite in San Francisco, with occasional evening or weekend events, and involves conducting housing workshops, assessments, planning, and direct participant support to achieve independent living goals.
