Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

ID to unlock services across the ecosystem.

• Own and drive end-to-end quality improvements.
• Embed directly in our product engineering squads to bring quality to the entire product development process.

• Introduce and own testing automation frameworks and best practices.
• Implement and maintain a suite of core automation testing that covers core flows such as onboarding and verification.
• Partner with project teams — produce and implement an automation testing plan alongside feature development.
• Manual quality assurance — triage reports, assist in reproducing issues.
• Contribute across all platforms directly — leaning on AI tooling, we expect QEs to fix simple issues and integrate automation testing directly across Android, iOS, and backend.

• Experience with introducing/owning quality tools, frameworks, and culture.
• Cross-functional experience — working with PMs, localization, legal, support, etc.
• Leadership/mentorship/training experience with junior engineers.
• Experience with development on Android and iOS.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI tooling for programming.
• Self-starting, high agency and initiative.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at World ranges from $153,500 - $195,000
, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
