The role is to build the software solutions that electric vehicle fleets need to unlock the power of connected, electric vehicles.

Standard Fleet is building the next generation of Fleet Management software. We focus on making electric vehicles first‑class citizens and eliminating the need for cumbersome in‑vehicle dongles. • Work across the stack building features for our web application and backend using Type Script (React), Go, and Python.
• Collaborate with design, customer experience, sales teams, and key customers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Understand our customers’ needs and the electric fleet market to make informed product decisions.
• Help drive the technical direction of our product while making thoughtful trade‑offs between speed and maintainability.
• Own features from start to finish, architecting solutions for complex problems.
• Identify and address issues in real‑time as fleets use our software in their day‑to‑day operations.
