Sr. Embedded Engineer / C / Wireless / Communication Protocols / Linux Kernel
A well‑established security company that helps build technology to protect our communities. Their technology is pivotal to creating software that helps create safer schools, hospitals and ultimately a safer nation. They are currently looking for senior embedded engineers. While this role is onsite in their Orange County office or possibly their LA office, there is flexibility on schedule.
This position requires that candidates be a US citizen.
Required Skills & Experience- 6+ years of relevant embedded system software development experience
- Expertise in C programming
- Experience in Linux Kernel Driver Development
- Experience with different security protocols and encryption algorithms
- Socket programming and various Internet/Ethernet protocols
- Deep understanding of Internet Protocol Security, Data Authentication and encryption
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in EE or CS
- Experience in AMD Ultra Scale+ MPSoC and Microchip Polarfire SoC BSP support package development
- 80% Hands On
- 10% Management Duties
- 10% Team Collaboration
- 130-190K base
