We’re seeking a Senior Product Engineer to work on the development of our patient, partner, and company web applications. This role is crucial in creating intuitive, efficient, and responsive user interfaces that will directly impact our users’ experience and our platform’s success.

As a key part of our engineering team, you will build high-performance, scalable, and accessible user interfaces that use AI to serve diverse user groups including rare disease patients, healthcare providers, researchers, and our internal teams.

You will join a team that highly leverages the latest AI coding assistants (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to implement features at very high velocity.

Your work will be at the heart of our mission, translating complex health data and research findings into user-friendly interfaces that empower patients, facilitate groundbreaking research, and streamline our internal operations.

You are a builder and problem solver at heart who loves working in fast-paced, innovative environments. You have experience working in consumer technology companies and have also worked on products that deal with complex data and systems. You love start-ups and can operate autonomously knowing that collaboration is the key to your success.

• 5 years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on complex single-page applications (SPAs) and a proven track record of launching consumer-facing products
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script, React, and modern CSS (including CSS-in-JS solutions)
• Strong product sense and UX instincts where you’ll derive decisions from user needs, data, and experiments.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, scalability, and security
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Recoil)
• Familiarity with modern build tools, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Proven track record of high-quality coding and architectural design
