This client is searching for a Staff Backend Engineer to ship elegant, high-impact features and infrastructure that power the core platform at scale.

• Ship production features fast in Golang (APIs, services, workers)
• Write clean, tested, high-performance Golang code
• Design systems & own projects end-to-end
• Debug, profile, and optimize running services
• Work closely with PMs, designers, and the rest of engineering

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building and maintaining APIs (REST or gRPC) in Golang
• Solid grasp of databases, cloud environments, and shipping code
• Previously worked at a startup or fast-paced tech company
