Well-funded AI-native fintech modernizing how accounting and finance teams operate. With $100M+ in backing from top-tier investors and strong product-market fit, we’re tackling a category that hasn’t meaningfully changed in decades and rebuilding it from first principles.

This is a chance to join a small, high caliber engineering team building core financial infrastructure, data systems, and AI-driven workflows that power mission critical use cases for modern companies.

We’re looking for product minded full stack or backend engineers who want real ownership. You’ll work end-to-end - from understanding user problems to designing systems, shipping features, and iterating in production. Engineers here don’t just write code, they help shape product direction.

You’ll operate in a fast moving, in person environment where quality, speed, and pragmatism all matter.

• Core financial and accounting systems that ingest, transform, reconcile, and report on complex data
• Backend services and APIs that power automation, workflows, and AI-assisted experiences
• Data pipelines and platforms that prioritize correctness, traceability, and performance
• Product features that blend structured systems with thoughtful UX
• Internal tooling and abstractions that allow the product to scale without slowing down development

• 2+ years of experience building production software
• Strong backend fundamentals
• A product mindset - you care about users, tradeoffs, and outcomes, not just implementation
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Strong ownership mentality and bias toward shipping

• In-person, highly collaborative team based in San Francisco (4 or 5 days per week)
