Apple’s Partner Solutions and Technology team is building high-impact applications for our channel partners, and we are looking for a Native App Engineer to help us craft exceptional experiences across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Come help us build the next generation of Apple-platform applications and tools that make Apple products more accessible and affordable. We are looking for self‑motivated engineers with deep experience building high‑quality native applications and a passion for delivering delightful, intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities- Build foundational components of large‑scale, multi‑platform systems.
- Architect, build, and scale our high impact native applications used by Apple’s channel partners.
- Coding, debugging, and turning complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Experienced platform engineer with deep knowledge of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS technologies.
- Ship reliable, high‑performance applications.
- 2+ years of engineering experience building native applications for iOS, iPadOS, and/or macOS.
- 2+ years with Swift
UI and/or UIKit/App Kit. - 2+ years experience with RESTful and/or Graph
QL APIs. - BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality and high‑performance applications.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including designers, project managers, and engineers, to define and deliver world‑class features.
- Ability to define and analyze software solutions and provide technical designs.
- Ability to identify technical risks and provide plans of mitigation in collaboration with other team members.
- Understanding of app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.).
- Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience consuming and integrating with RESTful and/or Graph
QL APIs. - Experience writing unit, UI, and integration tests using tools such as XCTest, XCUITest, or similar.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
