Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year + Equity

Role: As a Growth Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth. Your focus will be on building product‑led experiences that attract, engage, and convert prospective customers, creating extensions of the core product that drive organic discovery and deepen user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build product features and interactive experiences that introduce new users to the platform and demonstrate value
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship integrations, extensions, and growth‑focused features
• Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to iterate on product‑led growth initiatives
• Build internal tools and automation to scale growth efforts and measure performance
• Partner cross‑functionally to ensure growth initiatives align with wider business goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, product engineering, or a startup environment
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to production
• Ruby or Python experience
• Experience or interest in growth tooling, experimentation, and product analytics
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment
• Equity in a rapidly scaling startup
