Join Thrive AI Health as a Senior Software Engineer and lead the development of scalable, high‑performance systems powering our AI‑driven health coach platform. As a technical leader, you will architect robust solutions, integrate advanced AI models, and drive innovation in personalized healthcare experiences.

This is a mission‑driven role where your work will test the limits of your abilities daily, put you shoulder‑to‑shoulder with other exceptional minds, and give you the chance to contribute to a purpose larger than any normal engineering role.

• Drive technical strategy, own architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions for our AI health coaching platform.
• Deploy, optimise, and scale cutting‑edge AI models using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph.
• Ensure reliable operation and personalisation at scale.

• Push systems to their limits – analyse metrics, eliminate bottlenecks, and maximise real‑time responsiveness in high‑stakes health applications.

• Partner with AI researchers, product managers, and designers to transform ambitious visions into tangible technology.

• Build robust Graph
  
  QL and REST APIs. Depending on background, contribute across front‑end, back‑end, or full‑stack.
• Hold a high bar for engineering excellence, mentor peers, enforce best practices, and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, including technical leadership and end‑to‑end system ownership.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience with mobile technologies is a plus.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong database skills (e.g., Postgres) and data management best practices.
• Familiarity with LLM application frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, etc.).
• World‑class technical capabilities, unflinching intellectual honesty, and a strong ethical compass.
