• Review and evaluate AI‑generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high‑quality Python solutions.
• Provide clear, human‑readable explanations for code logic and problem‑solving strategies.
• Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses.

• Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.
• 3‑5+ years of professional experience writing production‑level Python code.
• Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

• Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
