Senior Fullstack Engineer – DeFi Trading & Yield Platform
Location: Remote – NYC or SF based candidates heavily preferred

Compensation: $150K – $175K

We are building the leading trading and yield platform for DeFi, founded by former industry leaders with deep expertise in algorithmic trading. Backed by top-tier institutional investors from both traditional finance and crypto, we are creating cutting-edge, crypto-native technology. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer excited to work on a complex backend managing billions of dollars in crypto transactions while delivering exceptional user experiences.

You will have the opportunity to build across the entire stack, integrating multiple DeFi protocols and connecting with various blockchains. This role demands full ownership of features, requiring you to balance implementation speed with long-term quality and scalability. You will be a key player in shaping our success by designing and building systems capable of high-throughput execution.

• End-to-End Ownership:
  Own feature implementations completely, from the UI components down to the database schema
• Protocol Integration:
  Build systems for transacting and consuming on-chain data across multiple blockchains and their associated protocols (e.g., AMMs, on-chain order books, lending protocols)
• High-Throughput Design:
  Design, build, and test high-throughput execution components across the entire stack
• Deployment & Infrastructure:
  Manage deployment processes and infrastructure to maintain high uptime and deliver a high-quality, reliable product
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with a small, high-impact team, actively contributing to product direction and technical architecture

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering at a top-tier firm
• Core Stack:
  Strong, proven experience with Golang (Go) and React
• Domain Passion:
  Passionate about crypto and demonstrable familiarity with on-chain development and new protocols
• Technical Acumen:
  Ability to grasp the trade-off between implementation speed vs. long-term quality and dynamically adjust as needed
• Location/Timezone:
  Must be available to work within U.S. time zones

• Office Preference: NYC-based and available for partial in-office work (preferred)
• Experience with on-chain order books, lending protocol integrations, or algorithmic trading systems

• Compensation:
  Competitive Base Salary ($150K – $175K) plus significant Equity / Token compensation package
