Sr. Software Engineer - Frontend

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Frontend Software Engineer who will play a key role in building and enhancing the user interface of various areas within Veza's Access Intelligence area, our flagship offering. You will be a valued member of a collaborative agile team, continuously experimenting and iterating to deliver new product objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a high-impact startup while working on cutting-edge technologies in the field of identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Build UI features using React, Type Script, CSS.

• Write unit tests (Jest) and end-to-end tests (Cypress).

• Collaborate with Team Lead to deliver features, tests, and bug fixes.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to tackle exciting and challenging problems.

• Contribute to architectural decisions in the codebase.

• Communicate with other teams to resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven 5+ years writing well-tested frontend code with React and CSS.

• 1+ years experience working with Type Script in a React codebase.

• Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright or other E2E testing framework.

• Experience working with React hooks and general React state management.

• Experience with asynchronous state management and complex React state management (Zustand, Jotai, Redux, etc.).

• Knowledge and experience with Storybook to document components.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role depends on several factors such as the candidate s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. For candidates offered a position at the posted job level, the provided range is the expected base salary. This does not include any additional variable compensation, such as commission.

$154,000—$210,000 USD
