Lassie is building the AI for every health practice.

One million health practices spend $100B+ a year on admin staff, and still can't find enough people. Since COVID, offices are chronically short-staffed. Patients feel it every day in unanswered calls and confusing bills.

We believe the doctor's office of the future is run by AI. An agent that runs the business, handles the administration, and becomes the interface patients use to interact with their doctor's office.

Founded by Steijn Pelle (helped Robinhood and Coinbase grow to their first hundreds of millions in annual revenue) and Frédéric Renken (engineer turned first product hire at Superhuman), we're bringing consumer product DNA to healthcare and reimagining how a million doctors and 300 million patients interact with the doctor's office.

We're hiring a software engineer to own the systems that power the entire customer journey: how practices find us, sign up, and go live.

Independent health practices are stretched thin and need better tools. You ll help them discover Lassie and get successful fast. Working closely with sales and product, you ll build infrastructure that makes deals close smoothly and new customers successful from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting, moves fast, and wants to see their work directly impact revenue.

• Are excited about experimenting, being wrong, and thinking from first principles
• Create tools and systems that multiply the impact of sales and engineering
• Collaborate directly with sales to turn messy workflows into streamlined systems
• Influence how we approach marketing, brand, and distribution
• Work across Python, Type Script, various databases, serverless environments, and Salesforce, even if some are new to you

• Purpose-built growth and onboarding infrastructure that shortens the demo-to-close cycle from weeks to hours
• Data pipelines processing $1B+ in insurance claims
• A sync engine backed by encrypted SQLite in the browser, enabling 100ms experiences for healthcare payments and patient ledgers
