Job Description:

Senior Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on user experience and performance.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality software.

• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are applied.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in frontend engineering with at least 5 years at a FAANG company or equivalent.

• Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.

• Proven ability to design and implement complex user interfaces.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be located within one hour of San Francisco, with the ability to visit the office twice a month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment.

• Experience with complex frontend architectures.

• Familiarity with backend technologies and ability to work across the stack.

• Experience leading projects or teams.

• Knowledge of healthcare technology or a related field.
