- Architect and build backend systems serving REST APIs for iOS, Android, and Web clients.
- Design and maintain core infrastructure for authentication, ledgers, payments, and integrations with third-party crypto and banking providers.
- Establish backend engineering standards for reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams to define and deliver new features.
- Shape system architecture and technology choices as the company scales.
- Potentially evolve into a backend or general engineering lead role as the team expands.
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications in Python, Go, or Rust
. - Deep familiarity with Postgre
SQL, Redis, AWS
, and general backend infrastructure. - Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed data flows.
- Experience designing APIs and working with complex integrations.
- Comfortable with high standards for uptime, reliability, and security in financial or transactional systems.
- Thrives in a high-ownership, startup environment where technical decisions have immediate business impact.
- Experience in financial technology, crypto, or payments
. - Full-stack experience and ability to flex across mobile or frontend components when needed.
- Interest in stablecoin ecosystems
