Flow Engineering is building a requirements platform that makes complex engineering work clear, collaborative, and verifiable. The team is now building a more intuitive, AI‑enhanced product experience that feels like a modern, interactive workspace for systems and domain engineers.

Flow is hiring a Frontend Software Engineer to own core user experiences in Flow and bring AI‑powered workflows into a clean, intuitive UI. You will work closely with design, product, infra, and AI engineers to make complex systems engineering concepts feel simple and fast.

You will help define how “agentic systems engineers” and domain experts interact with Flow, from requirements views to reviews, simulations, and AI assistance.

• Own major user‑facing surfaces in Flow v3, including interactive requirements views, collaboration and review flows, and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Implement high‑quality, accessible UI using a modern frontend framework and component system.
• Integrate AI features into the product in ways that feel natural, interpretable, and helpful to engineers.
• Partner with design and product to iterate quickly on interaction patterns, prototypes, and new workflows.
• Help shape frontend architecture, design systems, and performance optimizations as the app and user base scale.

• 3+ years of experience building rich, data‑heavy web applications with a modern frontend framework.
• Strong experience with React (or similar) and Type Script, including component design, state management, and testing.
• A product mindset: you think in terms of user journeys, edge cases, and clarity, not just individual screens.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with design and product, and giving and receiving feedback through iterations.
• Willingness to occasionally work across the stack (e.g., refining APIs, wiring up integrations) to ship features end‑to‑end.

• React and Type Script as the primary frontend stack.

• Integration with backend APIs and AI services built in Type Script/Node.js.
