Job Description: As a Founding Engineer, you will build and scale SOTA AI agents that automate patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials. You will tackle the primary bottleneck in drug development, replacing billions in excess spend by orchestrating autonomous communication fleets across voice, SMS, and email to accelerate the delivery of life‑saving medicines.

What you will do:

• Orchestrate a fleet of AI agents coordinating patient recruitment across hundreds of clinical trials in North America.
• Train proprietary ML models that match patient profiles to trials using real‑world outcomes to optimize enrollment.
• Scale LLMs across multi‑channel communications while ensuring consistent, personalized, and high‑quality patient interactions.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building and scaling complex software systems or AI‑driven products from scratch.
• Experience working with LLMs, machine learning models, or large‑scale communication infrastructure across various channels.
  
  High agency and a desire to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment where engineering directly impacts human health.
