Senior Software Engineer

Salary Range: $140,000-$200,000 base plus 0.05% - 0.40% equity.

Our client is looking for an experienced senior full-stack software engineer to join our client as they build the backbone of technical sales. In this role, you’ll contribute to the entire tech stack, and will need the ability to think critically about product, design, and customers’ goals.

By keeping a lean team, our client has been able to move fast and want to keep it that way with high performers that take pride in their work. The role reports directly to our Founders and will work alongside the team in-person in our NYC office.

Role responsibilities:

• Obsess over the UI/UX for onboarding, building experience (API integrations) and beyond

• Collaborate directly with founders on roadmap and prioritization

• Architect and develop across the stack

• Go the extra mile working on the user experience

Candidate requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer across the stack (e.g., React, RN for Web, Node.js, Express, Mongo
  
  DB). Mastery of React and frontend technologies.

• If you any of the following: founding engineer, product engineer, design engineer, former founder, or worked at a reputable startup

• Familiarity and comfortable handling module bundlers (webpack, Babel, various loaders and plugins), including troubleshooting configurations issues

• Has worked with interactive animation libraries (framer-motion, React DnD kit, or similar)

• Deep understanding of APIs and API authentication

• Excited to work in-person with the team in NYC (office is in the FiDi)

• Is an open source contributor to the React ecosystem
